Michael J. Hornbrook
President
Mr. Hornbrook is a co-founder and partner of Lakeside. He serves on the Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the firm's strategic development and execution of its investment management programs.
Mr. Hornbrook has been a participant in the real estate industry since 1980, with over 30 years of experience in the low-income housing tax credit industry as a transactional lawyer in private practice and as a senior executive at Apartment Investment and Management Company, one of the largest owners of apartment properties in the country. Prior to founding Lakeside, he served as an Executive Vice President of Boston Financial Investment Management.
Mr. Hornbrook received his BA from Loyola University and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University.

Kevin Horner
Executive Vice President
Mr. Horner is a co-founder and partner of Lakeside. He serves on the Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the firm's investment decisions and internal operations.
Mr. Horner has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions in the low-income housing tax credit industry. Prior to founding Lakeside, he served as a Senior Vice President of Boston Financial Investment Management where his duties included capital transactions, dispositions, re-financing and restructuring of low-income housing tax credit properties and partnerships. Prior, Mr. Horner was Vice President of Project Management with Simpson Housing, one of the largest developers of affordable multifamily housing in the U.S.
Mr. Horner holds a BS from San Francisco State University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Adrienne Ciancetta
Principal
Ms. Ciancetta is principal and serves as Lakeside's Vice President of Fund Management.
She has over 15 years experience in commercial lending and real estate finance and operational roles. Prior to joining Lakeside, Ms. Ciancetta served as Senior Business Analyst and Underwriter for Boston Financial Investment Management.
Ms. Ciancetta received her BA in Business Economics from Ohio University.

Eric Hawner
Principal
Mr. Hawner is a principal and serves as the firm's Director of Investments.
Mr. Hawner has over 20 years of experience in senior finance, investment, and business development positions with national multi-housing investment companies and development firms including Marcus & Millichap, Meridian Housing, and Hathaway Properties.
Mr. Hawner holds a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
